  OVERVIEW
  Dian joined the Bangor College China at Central South University of Forestry & Technology in 2022. He teaches Taxation and Financial Statement Analysis. Dian is also the Postgraduate Supervisor in the Chester Business School, University of Chester.
  Prior to joining the Bangor College China, he has been a research staff in the Business Research Institute and China Centre at University of Chester for since 2017. Dian earned his doctorate in three years. Dr Wang is an active SME researcher disseminating several research outputs in British Academy of Management, Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship and other established conferences internationally.

  His scholarly interests encompass Marketing and Entrepreneurship, specifically marketing communication theories, social cognition theory, entrepreneurial capitals, SME financials and management. 
  He is working on several projects related to the SME entrepreneurial capital and financing start-ups-
  Market signalling by entrepreneurs and their microenterprises when building entrepreneurial capital: a social cognition perspective 
  Microenterprises learn market signalling through stages - longitudinal study on financials
  Counter-stereotype of small businesses - from owner-manager perspectives
