  OVERVIEW 

  I am a primarily a semiconductor processing and device engineer, specialization in nanofabrication techniques and organic electronics, with strong experience also in semiconductor device modeling and characterization. I have experience working with organic transistors, solution process as well as RF sputtered Metal oxide transistors and UV sensors. I have 11 years of teaching and one year industrial experience. At Bangor University during my Ph.D I have been doing teaching assistantship in Microelectronics and communication Laboratories. 

  The major focus of my research work includes high performance, low cost manufacturing of transparent conducting electrodes (TCEs) and thin film transistors (TFTs), that’s why solution process spray deposition technique was developed. I have expertise of deposition of metallic silver nanowires,  metal oxide materials using solution-processed, RF sputtering and role to role organic material deposition. Currently I am working on Indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO) TFTs and more than 50 times higher mobility as compared to conventional a: Si TFTs was observed. 

  I have a number of international research papers published and I have presented my work at national and international level. Furthermore, I am written a chapter of book based on high performing metal oxide transistors published by IET, UK. 

 

  TEACHING 

  I have taught following subjects at BCC: Business Process Re-Engineering, Digital Circuits & Design 1 and Analogue Electronics. 

 

  RESEARCH  

  My interests include VLSI design, Microfabrication, nanotechnology and Nanoelectronics. The major focus of my research work includes high performance, low cost manufacturing of transparent conducting electrodes (TCEs) and thin film transistors (TFTs).
